The Chartered Wealth Manager® (CWM) certification is a globally recognized credential awarded by the American Academy of Financial Management® (AAFM®), USA. Designed for finance professionals, investment advisors, and wealth managers, the CWM program equips you with specialized knowledge in managing high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), estate planning, tax strategies, retirement planning, and holistic wealth creation.

Program Structure

1. Orientation – 1 Month

  • Introduction to company culture, systems, and expectations

  • Skill workshops and soft skill training

2. Internship Phase – 11 Months

  • Live projects, department rotations, and mentorship

  • Regular assessments and performance tracking

  • LMS access + classroom training sessions

Performance-Based Stipend

  • A monthly stipend of ₹10,000 is provided in the second semester
