Refund cases 

a. There will be no refund of any sort if you plan to drop out of the course for any of the following reasons: Change of mind 

1. Not able to cope up with the schedule

2. Not able to understand the language

3. Change in schedule or work/college

4. Any other personal reason 

b. If there is a problem with the product or services of the company, it will be resolved within 30 days of receipt of the complaint.

c. If the problem is not resolved within the stipulated time limit, the company will offer a partial refund commensurate to the offering that was not delivered. 

d. In cases where the problem has affected the entire course irreversibly, the company shall offer a full refund. 

e. In all such matters, the decision of the company management shall be final and binding. 

Terms and Conditions: 

Hedge School of Applied Economics Limited reserves the right to revise fees or other charges or withdraw / suspend / cancel / discontinue any or all of the services without prior notice, make modifications and alterations in any or all of the content, products and services contained on the site without prior notice and at its sole discretion. 

1. All parts of the course are the Intellectual Property of Hedge School of Applied Economics Ltd. You are licensed to use it for your educational purposes only. You cannot copy, record, share or distribute it to anyone without written consent from the company. 

2. Any use of company’s (or any subsidiary brand’s) name or logo in any manner, cannot be done, without the written consent of the company.

3. While enrolling in any course offered by the company or any subsidiary brand, you are assumed to have visited the website of the course and understood all the offerings clearly. Company is duty bound to provide only the offerings mentioned on the course page. Any unauthorized conversation, held with anyone, in an oral manner regarding company’s deliverables shall not be binding on the company. 

4. The company reserves the right to take disciplinary action on any student not following the plan given by the company. Any such action will be taken after informing the student in writing. 

5. Any misconduct with any trainer, staff of the company shall be a ground of expulsion from the institute. No refund will be offered in such cases. 

6. If you have used the finance services to enrol for the course, any cancellation of the loan amount will not be possible. If you default on any installment of the loan, the finance company will be free to follow its own recovery process as per the law.

7. For any legal dispute, the area of jurisdiction will be Mumbai only.
